Christopher Hluchan
After obtaining his law degree from the University of Western Ontario, Christopher Hluchan was called to the Bar of the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1994.
Christopher articled and practised in the litigation department of Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP from 1992 to 2006 during which he represented clients in complex and multi-party matters. He has presented argument in all levels of Court in the Province of Ontario, including both the trial and appeal of the Waxman case which, at the time, was the longest civil trial and appeal in Ontario's history.
Christopher represents a wide array of clients, but has developed a specialty in defending professionals in professional liability and discipline cases along with manufacturers in product liability matters.
